The work will involve all aspects to establish housing and affordable housing policy in this rapidly growing economy. Our work will cover a wide range of aspects that feed into recommendations on short and long term policy options. Housing affordability is a key element that will help maintain economic stability and growth in the region over the coming 25 years. The Levvel and Terra team has wide experience of the practical delivery of affordable housing options on four continents and includes members of the senior management of the two companies as well as support and input from associate consultants and academics from South Africa and Canada.
