A stakeholders meeting was held in the early part of July 2009 to discuss the inputs into the assessment. This provided important support for a number of principles and inputs used in the viability study. Levvel provided the Council with draft results in August 2009 using projections of possible future market scenarios which complies with the need to inform both the economics of development today and for the whole period of the Core Strategy to 2021. This is a principle emphasised by the recently published Good Practice Note on Investment and Planning Obligations from the Homes and Communities Agency. The Council has now approved the report and the results can be seen on the council's website at www.waveney.gov.uk.
