It will also inform the Core Strategy and will enable the Council to set challenging but attainable targets and thresholds both now and in the future. The viability study will complement an infrastructure study co-ordinated by Colin Buchanan in order to determine the area’s infrastructure requirements. Levvel is a key member of the consortium delivering the infrastructure study and will report on the effect that infrastructure requirements – in combination with affordable housing - will have on strategic sites in Stafford. The viability study has now commenced with some key stakeholders being asked to contribute their views. A stakeholder event has been programmed for 29th June to discuss issues that arise from the study.
