Colin was formerly Director of Development for a major RSL. During his time there the organisation grew from being a small locally based organisation to one owning and managing almost 10,000 properties across Southern England and the Midlands. His extensive and first hand experience of procuring and financing all types of affordable housing to promote consumer choice across the full spectrum of housing need is of considerable benefit to our consultancy team.
Colin is a Board Member of a Dorset based Housing Association Group and is Vice Chairman of one of its constituent RSLs.
Colin enjoys travelling, especially when able to satisfy his passion for good food and fine wine. Any spare time he has is spent being trained by his two border collies.

LEVVEL IN THE FUTURE
Levvel will be expanding and evolving their services as a response to the economic climate and as a consequence of the changed political situation. We will launch the new services and updated website in the summer. As new housing and planning policies emerge, we will be hosting more regional seminars, starting in the South West.
