Richard joined Levvel in 2004 after working as Senior Project and Development Manager with a large specialist RSL that provided housing and care services for older people across England. Richard was responsible for the delivery of over 1,000 units of specialist elderly accommodation through two PFI schemes. He has also worked for a national house builder developing schemes across the South West and the NHS in developing specialist community based services for people with learning difficulties.
His experience of implementing, financing and co-ordinating the provision of affordable housing initiatives facilitates his current role within Levvel in leading affordable housing negotiations across a number of large, strategic sites, together with presenting professional evidence at Public Inquiries where required.
Richard holds an honours degree in Surveying, an MBA in Construction and Real Estate and the RICS Diploma in Project Management. Married with 2 sons, a keen cook and an enthusiastic sporting shooter, Richard clearly has self sufficiency close to his heart.

LEVVEL IN THE FUTURE
Levvel will be expanding and evolving their services as a response to the economic climate and as a consequence of the changed political situation. We will launch the new services and updated website in the summer. As new housing and planning policies emerge, we will be hosting more regional seminars, starting in the South West.
