A qualified housing professional, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and an associate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute Simon has a wide experience of development in the affordable housing sector. Before joining Levvel in 2001, Simon was self-employed as a Consultant working on development projects for housing associations throughout London and the South East of England. Between 1990 and 1999 he worked for two large RSLs as a Senior Manager responsible for major development programmes covering the South East and South of England. Simon is currently leading on a number of site specific negotiations. He also regularly presents professional evidence at Local Plan Inquiries and Planning Appeals.
He holds an Honours degree in Social Policy and a postgraduate Diploma in Housing.
A recent grandfather, Simon is a lifelong rugby player and enthusiast. He now prefers to watch rather than play and also spends time playing tennis. A fluent French speaker he has now turned his tongue to mastering the Spanish language as well.

LEVVEL IN THE FUTURE
Levvel will be expanding and evolving their services as a response to the economic climate and as a consequence of the changed political situation. We will launch the new services and updated website in the summer. As new housing and planning policies emerge, we will be hosting more regional seminars, starting in the South West.
